Justine founded MK Fintech Partners in 2018. Her background includes working at a top criminal law firm, an International Bank, and a leading Global Investment Firm. 

Justine’s academic background includes an LL.B. and an LL.D. from the University of Malta and an LL.M. from the University of Groningen.  Justine also received certification for a Capital Markets course at the Malta Stock Exchange and a course on Virtual Financial Assets from the Malta Institute of Management.  

Justine’s qualities include her very down to earth nature, her charismatic and diplomatic approach, and being known for truly understanding her clients’ business needs. 

Justine’s main area of passion since 2018 is in the crypto industry and in fact she has been advocating in this space by publishing key content  and speaking at International events ever since.

Lastly Justine was chosen by the Ministry of Finance in June 2019 to sit as one of the 11 selected members on Malta’s Digital Economy Task Force and was also nominated by her peers in May 2022 to sit on the Virtual Financial Assets Executive Committee (which is part of the Malta Chamber of Commerce).

When she is not busy advocating you will find Justine out sailing her 1959 wooden sailing yacht called Salana!
