Dr Fenech has a special focus on investment, VFA and payment services, anti-money laundering, and financial instruments. He has a proven track record in assisting clients in corporate and commercial matters, particularly in corporate governance, M&A transactions, and company law. As a specialist in legal opinions, fintech product structuring, and regulatory compliance, Dr Fenech has been approved by MFSA and FIAU to act as a Designated Person for a VFA Agent and a Risk, Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for various investment firms. 

Dr Fenech is ranked in the 2023 & 2024 Chambers and Partners Malta Fintech Legal Guide and is a rising star in the Legal 500 Malta Fintech Guide 2024. He is also a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates.
